Meet Chester French!

So, as you may or may not recall, we're having an event soon called LA FEMME and we are super pumped about it. We can't wait for all the fashion, food, and fun that it sure to be had by all! But there's something else we're excited about, too. We're really excited that these Harvard students of years past who enjoy wearing bow ties and fur shrugs are also going to be there!

No, no! They're not models, silly. They're in a band. A band called Chester French who's going to be performing at LA FEMME! So, if you would like to a take a little listen to the beats we'll be rockin' come April 15, CLICK HERE! In the meantime, here's a little info about about "D.A." Wallach and Maxwell Drummey, right from the horse's mouth, as they say.

Chester French has played hundreds of shows with its three piece backing band, touring the US and Europe as a headliner or with Blink 182, Weezer, N*E*R*D, Common, or Lady Gaga. D.A. and Max have also made a point to connect with their supporters through free, intimate acoustic performances in dozens of sneaker shops and record stores around the U.S. Their relentlessly energetic and engaging sets have won fans of a variety of styles of music, and the group’s audiences are as diverse as its sound.

In April of 2009, Chester French released its highly-anticipated debut album, Love the Future, which has received broad critical acclaim. People Magazine’s Chuck Arnold called it “a delightfully whimsical pop pastiche that evokes everyone from the Beach Boys and the Beatles to Prince,” and the Boston Globe hailed the release as “too wise – and too catchy – to possibly be the debut from the recent Harvard grads.”
Stay tuned from here on out because we're going to be featuring even more of the great people involved in our upcoming event soon!
